Token Sultai Superfriend by user6312290

Format: Commander

Commander: Xavier Sal, Infested Captain

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This is a Sultai "superfriends-plus-tokens" hybrid deck helmed by Xavier Sal, Infested Captain. The primary plan is to use Xavier's two tap abilities - sacrifice a creature to proliferate, or remove a counter to populate - to build loyalty counters on a suite of planeswalkers and multiply a token army. The deck wins by ultimating planeswalkers such as Jace, Architect of Thought, Kaito, Cunning Infiltrator, and Wrenn and Realmbreaker for game-ending emblems, or by creating an overwhelming board of tokens via Scute Swarm, Adrix and Nev, Twincasters, Doppelgang, and For the Common Good, then swinging with Beastmaster Ascension or Champion of Lambholt. A compact infinite engine exists with Intruder Alarm + Basking Broodscale + Xavier for infinite proliferate and Eldrazi Spawn tokens. The deck is a midrange value engine that accumulates counters and tokens before closing the game.
