Ultra Budget - $40 Whtz Wits (Copy) by GrimlockX

Format: Commander

Commander: Whtz, the Bibliophile

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a 260+ card commander-value deck built around Whtz, the Bibliophile. Because the starting deck is over 200 cards, Whtz's activation costs {0}-it simply taps for a card and 1 life, turning the deck into a repeatable draw engine. The primary plan is to keep Whtz untapped with creatures like Ioreth and Clever Conjurer, convert second draws into tokens, and finish with a buffed combat step. Secondary paths are the hand/library alternate wins: Triskaidekaphile, Twenty-Toed Toad, and Battle of Wits. Yorion is the companion and adds blink value, not a hidden commander; the deck has no double-faced commander in the command zone.
