Format: Commander

Commander: Narset, Enlightened Master

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Narset, Enlightened Master is the engine and finisher: the deck ramps to her, attacks with hexproof first strike, and casts noncreature spells for free. Behind that is a token/artifact beatdown shell-Anim Pakal, Winota, Ovika, and The Lost and the Damned build a wide board while City on Fire, Gratuitous Violence, and Fiendish Duo multiply damage. Narset, Enlightened Exile is the hidden backup, providing prowess and copying cheap noncreature spells from graveyards. Wins are not infinite; they come from one alpha strike where Akroma's Will or Blade Historian supplies double strike and the damage multipliers make Gnome tokens lethal. The deck needs one Narset attack to deploy multipliers and a second attack to close.
