High Perfect Morcant leads a Golgari Elfball that uses -1/-1 blight triggers, +1/+1 proliferate, and a wide token board to grind out Commander pods. Lathril, Blade of the Elves acts as a hidden lieutenant: she produces Elves on combat damage and can drain life once ten untapped Elves exist. The deck can transition between an attrition plan (blight + Flourishing Defenses) and a combat plan (lords + Door of Destinies/Glorious Sunrise). There is no double-faced commander; Morcant is the engine, but the deck does not stop working if he is removed. It wins by overwhelming with tokens and anthems rather than by a single combo, with Lathril's drain as the only true alternate finish.
