Deck overview

This deck is a high-power Sultai combo and big-mana midrange strategy commanded by Zaxara, the Exemplary. The primary game plan accelerates mana on Turns 1 and 2 with efficient dorks and land ramp spells, deploys Zaxara on Turn 3, and attempts an infinite mana combo on Turn 4 using Freed from the Real or Pemmin's Aura. Once attached, Zaxara taps for two mana and untaps for one blue mana infinitely, generating unlimited mana of all colors. This mana immediately fuels lethal finishers such as Torment of Hailfire, Exsanguinate, or a massive Finale of Devastation. If the primary combo is disrupted, the deck naturally transitions into a formidable big-mana midrange engine, utilizing scalable card draw like Pull from Tomorrow and Hydroid Krasis to assemble overwhelming boards of giant Hydra tokens. High-efficiency interaction like Fierce Guardianship, Deadly Rollick, and Cyclonic Rift protects the strategy while clearing opposing obstacles.
