Deck overview

This deck is an explosive Izzet spellslinger strategy led by Vivi Ornitier. The game plan revolves around leveraging Vivi's unique mana production and passive burn triggers. By targeting Vivi with low-cost base-power modifiers such as Behind the Mask and Perfected Theory, or cheap pump spells like Monstrous Rage, Vivi's power surges, allowing its {0} activated ability to generate a massive burst of blue and red mana on Turn 4. This mana fuels continuous chains of cantrips, copy effects, and graveyard recursion spells like Mizzix's Mastery and Wisdom of Ages. Damage amplifiers such as Fiery Inscription, Solphim, Mayhem Dominus, and trigger doublers like Harmonic Prodigy and Veyran, Voice of Duality accelerate the table-wide noncombat burn, dealing lethal damage to all three opponents by Turn 6 while Vivi attacks as a giant threat.
