Vhati by HellsGamer

Format: Commander

Commander: Vhati il-Dal

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Golgari attrition deck uses Vhati il-Dal and global toughness reducers to make opposing boards fragile, then sweeps them with repeatable damage. Vhati sets one creature to base power or toughness 1 for targeted removal, while Maha, Its Feathers Night, Kaervek, the Spiteful, Night of Souls' Betrayal and M.O.D.O.K. set the whole board to 1 toughness. Living Plane, Nature's Revolt and Natural Affinity animate lands so the same -1/-1 effects destroy mana bases. Pestilence, Pestilence Demon, Thrashing Wumpus and Plague Spitter become one-sided wipes under those reducers. Massacre Wurm, Massacre Girl, Known Killer and combat finish opponents after the lock. No infinite combo is present; wins come from board and land denial.
