Deck overview

This is a high-power Grixis discard-value deck helmed by Kefka, Court Mage // Kefka, Ruler of Ruin. The front face forces each player to discard on ETB or attack, then refills your hand based on discarded card types; the back face converts opponent life loss on your turn into raw card draw. The 99 multiplies those triggers with flicker engines (Displacer Kitten, Thassa, Deep-Dwelling, Deadeye Navigator, Y'shtola Rhul) and Wizard doublers (Naban, Dean of Iteration, Harmonic Prodigy, Panharmonicon), then monetizes every discard through Megrim, Liliana's Caress, Waste Not, Tergrid, God of Fright, and Bone Miser. Primary wins are drain loops off forced discards, draw-punisher damage from Psychosis Crawler / Niv-Mizzet, Parun / Sheoldred, the Apocalypse, and go-wide tokens from The Locust God. A dense free-interaction suite keeps the engine online while you grind the table out.
