Deck overview

This deck is a Sultai Voltron and combat-theft strategy led by Kotis, the Fangkeeper. The game plan revolves around ramping early, deploying Kotis on Turn 3, and attaching cheap evasion and stat-boosting Auras to attack unblocked. Kotis's built-in Indestructible ability protects it from conventional destroy effects and board wipes. When Kotis connects, its combat damage trigger exiles cards from an opponent's library and casts any number of spells with mana value equal to or less than the damage dealt for free. This converts raw commander damage into immense card advantage and tempo by deploying opposing threats at no mana cost. The deck leverages high functional redundancy in cheap evasion and pump spells to ensure consistent execution. It closes out games by sequentially eliminating opponents with lethal commander damage while using stolen cards for defense and board control.
