Jeder kriegt Bananen by MTGIsMyPassion69

Format: Commander

Commander: Kibo, Uktabi Prince

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Kibo, Uktabi Prince pilots a Gruul Ape/Monkey value-beatdown deck that turns artifact destruction into +1/+1 counters and temporary mana. The primary plan is to park Kibo on the battlefield, generate Bananas each turn, let opponents' Banana tokens stockpile, and then use mass artifact-death effects to put a huge number of counters on every Ape and Monkey. Secondary plans use Grunn, the Lonely King as a solo finisher, Germination Practicum to compound counters, and Mob Rule to steal a lethal board. Kibo doubles as ramp, removal pressure, and counter engine, while the deck intentionally trades stack interaction for permanent removal. It wins through overwhelming combat after one or two explosive pump turns.
