New Untitled Deck by camignotta

Format: Commander

Commander: Meren of Clan Nel Toth

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Meren of Clan Nel Toth is a Golgari aristocrats/reanimator engine. The deck fills its graveyard through cheap mill creatures and dredge effects, then uses Meren's experience counters to reanimate the right creature every end step. The primary win is a deterministic death loop: Reassembling Skeleton, Viscera Seer, Pawn of Ulamog, and Pitiless Plunderer generate infinite sacrifices, and Blood Artist/Zulaport Cutthroat/Bastion of Remembrance convert them into lethal drain. Backup lines include repeated Gray Merchant of Asphodel reanimation and a Jarad fling with a large Wight of the Reliquary. There is no hidden commander; both halves of the deck support Meren as a value engine, and the deck is moderately dependent on her for speed rather than for the core loop.
