Deck overview

This deck is a high-velocity Mono-Green Stompy deck centered on Ghalta, Stampede Tyrant. The strategy focuses on accelerating through early mana dorks, land-based ramp, and explosive power-based mana producers such as Fanatic of Rhonas and Selvala, Heart of the Wilds. By turns 4 to 5, the deck generates sufficient mana to cast Ghalta, triggering its ability to empty a hand of massive Dinosaurs and high-stat beaters directly onto the battlefield. Card replenishment engines like Elemental Bond, Garruk's Uprising, and The Great Henge refill the hand when these monsters enter, sustaining resources. While the deck boasts immense physical stats and trampling combat power capable of closing the game by turn 7, its reliance on combat damage without widespread innate haste leaves it vulnerable to sweepers across multiple opponent response cycles.
