Deck overview

Yurlok of Scorch Thrash is the mana-burn engine at the center of a symmetrical-ramp deck. The plan is to give everyone extra mana with Vineyard effects and mana doublers, then use Yurlok's end-step injections and pain enchantments such as Manabarbs, Overabundance, Citadel of Pain, and Havoc Festival to convert that mana into life loss. The commander is both a mana battery and a drain, while Ozai, Omnath, Leyline Tyrant, and Upwelling keep you from dying to your own unspent mana. Secondary wins are a big Comet Storm, Helix Pinnacle counters, or an untap loop with Staff of Domination/Umbral Mantle plus Mana Reflection/Nyxbloom Ancient. No hidden commander; this is a Yurlok deck.
