RISE OF ATLANTIS by user3178196

Format: Commander

Commander: Namor the Sub-Mariner

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a mono-blue Merfolk tribal deck helmed by Namor the Sub-Mariner, who grows with your Merfolk count and converts every noncreature blue spell into a 1/1 Merfolk token. The plan is to flood the board with cheap Merfolk, pump them through a dense lord suite (Lord of Atlantis, Master of the Pearl Trident, Merfolk Sovereign, Merrow Reejerey, Attuma, Atlantean Warlord, Obelisk of Urd), and break through with islandwalk, unblockable, and flying effects. The primary win is combat damage from a wide, lorded swarm; the secondary and faster line is Wanderwine Prophets, which chains extra turns by sacrificing Merfolk tokens. Stormtide Leviathan doubles as a finisher and a combat lock. The deck is a classic mid-power tribal build: strong redundancy, solid draw, and a real interaction suite, but no tutors and no fast mana.
