Whtz, the Bibliophile turns a 200+-card library into an advantage: with the huge starting deck, its tap ability costs {0}, and untap effects let you draw several cards and gain several life each turn. Whtz is the sole commander and engine; no hidden commander drives the list. The deck is a UW control/combo shell that uses the deep-card count to run an enormous tutor, draw, and interaction suite. It typically wins by imprinting Dramatic Reversal on Isochron Scepter for infinite mana and finishing with Walking Ballista, Blue Sun's Zenith, Stroke of Genius, or Aetherflux Reservoir. Heliod+Walking Ballista and Approach of the Second Sun are backup kills; Battle of Wits is a fast conditional line.
