Fire Lord Azula by AigleFess

Format: Commander

Commander: Fire Lord Azula

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a Grixis spellslinger/storm deck helmed by Fire Lord Azula, built to weaponize her attack trigger: she generates {R}{R} via firebending and copies every spell cast while she's attacking. The plan is to deploy Azula, swing to bank red mana, then chain rituals and copy effects into a massive storm turn. Primary wins are Crackle with Power for lethal X-burn, infinite hasty tokens from Twinflame + Dualcaster Mage, and infinite red mana from Narset's Reversal looping Seething Song. The deck leans on a dense tutor suite (six search spells) and premium draw (Rhystic Study, Mystic Remora) to assemble its lines, with a strong counterspell package to protect the combo turn. It plays like a fast, fragile combo deck that wants to end the game in one explosive turn rather than grind.
