Deck overview

Ghoulcaller Gisa leads a mono-black Zombie tribal and aristocrats deck that builds overwhelming board presence through token multiplication and aristocrat drain. The strategy deploys early ramp and recursive Zombies, transitions into casting Ghoulcaller Gisa, and sacrifices high-power creatures to create massive hordes of 2/2 Zombie tokens. The deck finishes games by attacking with lord-buffed creatures via Death Baron and Undead Warchief, granting swampwalk with Filth, or bypassing combat through aristocrat triggers from Plague Belcher, Vengeful Dead, and Ayara, First of Locthwain. Graveyard tutors like Entomb and Buried Alive provide direct access to key engine pieces like Gravecrawler. While the deck is vulnerable to mass exile and lacks stack-based interaction, it demonstrates resilient recovery through extensive recursion and powerful alternate finishers such as Grave Titan and Gray Merchant of Asphodel.
