Deck overview

This Boros aggro deck is helmed by Sephiroth, Fallen Hero, transforming modified creatures into imposing 7/5 threats on attack. The list blends low-cost +1/+1 counter enablers, living weapon equipment, and token generators to establish modified creatures before casting Sephiroth on Turn 4. On Turn 5, declaring an attack with Sephiroth activates Jenova Cells, setting all modified creatures to base 7/5 and delivering rapid combat pressure. The deck leverages evasion and combat power multipliers like Abzan Falconer, Iroas, God of Victory, and Akki Battle Squad to eliminate players across two response cycles, closing games on Turn 7. Plan protection is reinforced by premier defensive spells including Flawless Maneuver, Teferi's Protection, and Myrel, Shield of Argive, while Sephiroth's built-in Reunion ability provides resilient recursion against board wipes and commander tax.
