Commander: Black Panther, Vanguard

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Selesnya Hero tribal deck, commanded by Black Panther, Vanguard, goes wide with a steady stream of small Hero creatures, +1/+1 counter synergies, and Equipment payoffs. The commander generates army-in-a-can value each time a nontoken Hero enters, either by creating a 1/1 Soldier or pumping the whole team. The deck lacks a fast combo finish, instead relying on incremental board advantage, anthems like Cathars' Crusade and Beastmaster Ascension, and a handful of recursion pieces to grind out combat wins. A few legendary Heroes (Captain America, Liberator, Winter Soldier, Reborn Avenger) provide built-in card advantage and reanimation, and the Equipment package (Skullclamp, Hammer of Nazahn, Vibranium Energy Daggers) amplifies the creature base. The primary win condition is overwhelming the table with a wide, pumped board, with no infinite combos in the 99.
