Deck overview

This mono-black deck leverages Tinybones, Pocket Nuisance as a low-cost figurehead for a punishing hand-destruction and resource-denial strategy. It rapidly taxes opposing hand sizes using efficient group-discard spells like Dark Deal, Burglar Rat, and Bottomless Pit, transforming every discarded card into direct damage through Megrim, Liliana's Caress, and Raiders' Wake. Parity is decisively broken by Waste Not, Geth's Grimoire, and Tinybones, Trinket Thief, which continuously supply mana, tokens, and fresh cards. Stax pieces like Oppression force opponents into topdeck mode, paving the way for lethal closers including Tergrid, God of Fright, an overwhelming Torment of Hailfire, or the Bloodchief Ascension and Mindcrank infinite mill-drain combo. While vulnerable to early enchantment removal and fast combo on the stack, the deck excels at choking table resources and grinding games to an inevitable win.
