Sephiroth by dtp700

Format: Commander

Commander: Sephiroth, Fabled SOLDIER // Sephiroth, One-Winged Angel

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a mono-black aristocrats/sacrifice deck built around Sephiroth, Fabled SOLDIER and his transform side Sephiroth, One-Winged Angel. The plan is to drown opponents in death triggers: cheap recursive creatures and token producers feed sacrifice outlets, while Blood Artist, Zulaport Cutthroat, Ayara, First of Locthwain, Marionette Apprentice, and The Meathook Massacre turn every death into life loss. Sephiroth is a draw engine on the front and a mass-draw/drain amplifier on the back; his transform emblem doubles the deck's signature death-drain trigger. The primary wins are infinite recursive loops using Gravecrawler, Reassembling Skeleton, or Nether Traitor with Pitiless Plunderer or Phyrexian Altar, plus large X-spell finishes like Torment of Hailfire off Cabal Coffers and Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth.
