Deck overview

Emet-Selch, Unsundered // Hades, Sorcerer of Eld is a two-sided value engine. The front face loots to fill the graveyard; the deck aims to hit fourteen cards by an upkeep so it flips into Hades, whose ability lets the deck play any card from its graveyard during its turn. The primary plan is to stock the graveyard through discard outlets and one-shot self-mill, then use Hades with cost reducers and mana engines to chain multiple spells per turn. Secondary paths reanimate large creatures and trigger Syr Konrad, the Grim and Feast of Sanity for attrition drain. There is no hidden commander; the deck is built entirely around the front-to-back transformation.
