Commander: Myrel, Shield of Argive

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a mono-white Soldier tribal token deck built around Myrel, Shield of Argive. The plan is to establish a wide board of Soldier tokens, pump them with a dense anthem package, and finish through combat damage, often in one overwhelming attack. Myrel serves as both the deck's best token engine and its turn-protection piece: her attack trigger creates a Soldier for every Soldier you control, while her static ability blanks opponents' spells and activated abilities during your turn. Supporting engines like Adeline, Resplendent Cathar, Brimaz, King of Oreskos, and Captain of the Watch keep the Soldier count climbing without depending solely on the commander. The deck wins through sheer combat inevitability rather than combos, with Legion Loyalty and Martial Coup serving as finisher-level effects that turn a medium board into a game-ending swing.
