Deck overview

Bilbo, Thief in the Night leads a mono-blue artifact and spellslinger combo deck centered on top-deck manipulation, cost reduction, and storm finishes. The primary strategy establishes early card velocity by combining Bilbo's cost reduction for spells cast outside the hand with top-deck casting enablers such as The Reality Chip, Future Sight, and Fortune Teller's Talent. Once an engine is assembled, the deck digs rapidly through its library to assemble one of its primary win conditions: the Sensei's Divining Top infinite draw loop or the Isochron Scepter plus Dramatic Reversal infinite mana engine. With the entire library accessible and infinite storm generated, the deck closes the game immediately via Brain Freeze milling all opponents or through an empty-library win with Laboratory Maniac or Fblthp, Impossibly Lost. Backed by cheap countermagic, silence effects from Conqueror's Flail, and construct beatdown from Simulacrum Synthesizer, the deck combines high velocity with resilient combo inevitability.
