This is a Bird tribal deck helmed by Kastral, the Windcrested, aiming to win through combat damage with a minor incidental milling subtheme. The core plan is to deploy a swarm of evasive Birds, buff them with anthem effects like Empyrean Eagle, Favorable Winds, and Vanquisher's Banner, then trigger Kastral's combat damage ability for additional Birds, +1/+1 counters, or card draw.
