Deck overview

This is a mono-black life-drain and graveyard recursion deck helmed by The Master of Lake-town. The commander turns every point of life loss into mill, fueling the deck's reanimation package while incidentally pressuring opponents' libraries. The primary win condition is the infinite loop between Marauding Blight-Priest and Bloodthirsty Conqueror, where life gain triggers life loss which triggers more life gain. Secondary wins include Exsanguinate for a massive life-drain finisher, incremental drain from Vengeful Bloodwitch, Al Bhed Salvagers, and Marionette Apprentice, and combat damage from deathtouch and flying threats. The deck packs a dense recursion suite (Buried Alive, Victimize, Zombify, Unseal the Necropolis) to recover from wipes and reuse value creatures, with heavy draw from Phyrexian Arena, Dark Tutelage, and Necrodominance.
