Deck overview

This Abzan deck centers on The Necrobloom to convert land drops, self-mill, and graveyard recursion into an overwhelming army of Plant and Zombie tokens. By leveraging dense 1–2 CMC ramp, the deck rapidly establishes its commander on Turn 4, turning every land card in the graveyard into a dredge engine. Massive land-return spells like Splendid Reclamation, Aftermath Analyst, and World Shaper create explosive landfall bursts, generating dozens of power in tokens alongside payoffs like Titania, Protector of Argoth and Avenger of Zendikar. Support pieces like Bristly Bill, Spine Sower, Flowering of the White Tree, and Finale of Devastation pump the token horde to close out games across Turn 6 and 7. Robust Abzan spot removal and land-based resilience give the deck strong grind potential and fast recovery against sweepers.
