Quandrix Unlimited (Secrets of Strixhaven Commander Precon Decklist) by mordonextra

Format: Commander

Commander: Zimone, Infinite Analyst

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Simic X-spell and +1/+1 counters deck, helmed by Zimone, Infinite Analyst, aims to generate explosive mana and massive creatures by repeatedly casting spells with {X} in their mana cost. Zimone reduces the cost of your first X-spell each turn based on her +1/+1 counter count and grows by two counters each time you cast one, creating a snowballing value engine. The deck leverages counter doublers like Hardened Scales, Kami of Whispered Hopes, The Earth Crystal, and Unbound Flourishing to turn X-spells into enormous threats. Primary win conditions include overrunning opponents with huge trampling hydras (Primordial Hydra, Hydroid Krasis, End-Raze Forerunners), commander damage via Zimone's scaling power, and the alternative condition Simic Ascendancy at 20 growth counters. The deck is a midrange value engine that builds incremental advantage before overwhelming the table with size.
