Gandalf's Swarm by user2526674

Format: Commander

Commander: Gandalf, Westward Voyager

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Gandalf, Westward Voyager leads a Simic stompy and value deck that weaponizes high-cost spells. The deck accelerates through early mana dorks and land ramp to cast Gandalf ahead of curve. Once Gandalf is on the battlefield, casting spells with mana value five or greater forces a minigame that either copies the spell for explosive board presence or draws cards to maintain momentum. Primary win conditions rely on overwhelming combat damage created by token-generating threats such as Tendershoot Dryad and Hornet Queen, amplified by cloners like Progenitor Mimic and Aggressive Biomancy, alongside protective enchantments like Asceticism to secure the board.
