Deck overview

This is an Azorius ("W/U") control-spells deck built to do one thing: win with an ungodly Elminster trigger engine. The deck's primary plan is to turtle, scry, and draw into an Approach of the Second Sun as quickly as possible; the whole shell is built to guarantee that each game features a in-hand copy of Approach and the spells to protect/race it. The commander is both a one-card tutor and a card-advantage, so adding lots of instant-speed interaction and cheap scry to protect him and get the deck to the key turn.
