Deck overview

This is a Grixis discard-and-connive midrange deck helmed by Doctor Doom, King of Latveria. The core plan leverages mass looting, wheels, and connive triggers to fuel discard payoffs that drain the table, flood the board with tokens, and shrink opposing creatures, while a dense Villain package grows through repeated connive counters and menace. Doctor Doom, King of Latveria is the central engine: his combat connive supplies steady card selection and discards, and his land-discard trigger turns every cycled or looted land into a 2-point drain. Primary wins come from stacking discard-damage engines (Magmakin Artillerist, Glint-Horn Buccaneer, Cool but Rude) with wheels, backed by go-wide zombie/robot tokens and pumped Villain combat. Secondary lines include one-sided wipes into lethal attacks and a pair of graveyard-centric combo finishes that the deck can assemble when the pieces align.
