Format: Commander

Commander: Edric, Spymaster of Trest

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Edric, Spymaster of Trest commands a tempo aggro-control deck that deploys cheap, evasive creatures to draw an overwhelming number of cards upon dealing combat damage. The plan involves establishing early board presence with unblockable threats, resolving Edric to convert attacks into massive card advantage, and holding up efficient countermagic to protect the board. As the deck cycles through cards, it generates overwhelming board pressure, chains extra-turn spells like Time Warp, Notorious Throng, and Alrund's Epiphany, or pumps the field with Beastmaster Ascension and Jolrael, Mwonvuli Recluse to eliminate opponents in combat.
