Deck overview

This deck is a synergistic Mardu aristocrats and token swarm deck commanded by Caesar, Legion's Emperor. It builds an early board of efficient token generators such as Anim Pakal, Thousandth Moon and Adeline, Resplendent Cathar before deploying Caesar on turn 4 to convert attacking creatures into fresh tokens, card draw, and targeted burst damage. On turn 5, the deck transitions into its critical onset by resolving potent force multipliers like Mirkwood Bats, Warleader's Call, or Teysa Karlov, which turn every token created and sacrificed into lethal life-drain across all opponents. Proactive pieces like Myrel, Shield of Argive and Elesh Norn, Mother of Machines shield the board during your turns and suppress opposing strategies. The deck reliably closes out games by turn 7 through wide combat attacks and inescapable aristocrat drain triggers.
