Deck overview

This deck is a high-powered Dimir control and combo list commanded by Toxrill, the Corrosive. It blends cEDH-level fast mana, top-tier universal tutors, and efficient free countermagic with oppressive stax and sudden infinite combo finishes. The primary win condition uses Isochron Scepter imprinting Dramatic Reversal alongside mana rocks to produce infinite mana, which feeds into Syr Konrad, the Grim to mill and drain all three opponents on Turn 4. As a resilient backup, Hullbreaker Horror forms infinite bounce and mana loops, while the commander itself combines with Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth and Kormus Bell or Maha, Its Feathers Night to wipe all opposing creatures and lands. The deck excels at controlling the stack and battlefield, suppressing opposing draw and search effects with Notion Thief and Opposition Agent, and transitioning smoothly from heavy attrition to an immediate table-wide kill.
