Deck overview

This deck combines an Orzhov enchantress shell with noncreature spell-slinger burn. Helmed by Papalymo Totolymo, the strategy deploys low-cost Auras and enchantments to trigger life drain and card draw simultaneously. By pairing cost reducers such as Transcendent Envoy and Pearl-Ear, Imperial Advisor with draw engines like Sram, Senior Edificer and Kor Spiritdancer, the deck easily cycles through multiple spells in a single turn. Reusable Auras such as Flickering Ward turn into continuous machine guns that deal damage to the entire table while gaining life. Stax pieces like Blind Obedience, Ghostly Prison, and Painful Quandary slow down faster opponents. The deck closes games either by draining opponents out with repeated spell triggers or by overwhelming them with evasive Angel and Pegasus tokens from Sigil of the Empty Throne and Archon of Sun's Grace.
