Deck overview

This deck is an all-creatures Bant midrange and ramp engine helmed by Chulane, Teller of Tales. By running 59 creature cards and 40 lands with zero noncreature spells, every play advances the board, replaces itself, and triggers commander-centric card advantage and ramp. The early game focuses on developing 3-mana creature ramp such as Faeburrow Elder, Gyre Engineer, and Helga, Skittish Seer to deploy Chulane, Teller of Tales on Turn 4 or 5. Once Chulane is active, every subsequent creature cast draws a card and drops an additional land onto the battlefield, creating a self-sustaining draw-and-ramp loop. The deck converts this mana and card velocity into game-ending board states by Turn 6, casting devastating asymmetric stax and beatdown pieces such as Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger, Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite, Archon of Valor's Reach, and Koma, Cosmos Serpent. A deep protection suite including Shalai, Voice of Plenty, Dauntless Escort, and Dragonlord Dromoka shields the army while it closes out the game through combat damage by Turn 8.
