Deck overview

This deck is a classic mono-red Dragon Tribal stompy deck commanded by Lathliss, Dragon Queen. The primary strategy focuses on deploying cost-reduction creatures and mana rocks in the early turns, establishing Lathliss on Turn 5, and rapidly generating a swarm of 5/5 flying Dragon tokens with every subsequent Dragon cast. The deck converts this wide aerial presence into explosive game-ending damage through enter-the-battlefield burn effects like Dragon Tempest, Terror of the Peaks, and Scourge of Valkas, supplemented by team-wide firebreathing and extra combat steps. While the deck boasts heavy redundancy among high-threat flying creatures and runs effective asymmetrical board wipes against grounded creatures like Magmaquake and Breath Weapon, it remains vulnerable to non-damage board wipes and possesses minimal instant-speed stack interaction. When uninterrupted, it reliably closes out games by Turn 8 through overwhelming aerial combat and direct damage triggers.
