Commander: Chatterfang, Squirrel General

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Chatterfang, Squirrel General is at the core of a wide, aggressive Squirrel-token deck. His replacement ability doubles every token-making spell or engine, turning small generators into an overwhelming swarm. The primary plan is to build a large Squirrel army, pump it with tribal lords and anthems, and attack for lethal, often with Concordant Crossroads providing haste. Secondary plans include infinite Squirrel engines using Earthcraft/Squirrel Nest and Ivy Lane Denizen/Scurry Oak, plus Valley Rotcaller's attack-trigger life drain. Chatterfang also acts as a removal spell by sacrificing Squirrels. The deck still functions without him, but is notably slower.
