Jhoira 0.7

Format: Commander

Commander: Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a classic Izzet artifact-storm deck helmed by Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain, built to chain cheap historic spells - overwhelmingly artifacts - while drawing a card off each cast. The plan is to deploy Jhoira behind a wall of cost reducers (Etherium Sculptor, Foundry Inspector, Cloud Key, Helm of Awakening), then storm through the deck with top-deck engines like Mystic Forge and The Reality Chip. Primary wins: Aetherflux Reservoir (gain life per spell cast, then pay 50 to dome each opponent), Psychosis Crawler (drain on every draw), and Words of Wind locks, backed by Krark-Clan Ironworks and Dramatic Reversal loops for infinite mana. A dense counterspell suite (Fierce Guardianship, Force of Negation, Pact of Negation) protects the combo turn. The deck is fast and explosive but leans almost entirely on its commander's draw trigger.
