Commander: Saruman of Many Colors

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Saruman of Many Colors leads a three-color mill deck whose true engine is Bruvac the Grandiloquent, a hidden commander that doubles all milling. The primary plan is to resolve a mass-mill spell that hits every opponent - kicked Maddening Cacophony, or Maddening plus Singularity Rupture - often doubled by Bruvac, to strip all three libraries at once. Saruman acts as a second mill vector and a value engine, milling two cards from each opponent on his second spell and copying a cheap instant/sorcery/enchantment from their graveyard. Phenax, God of Deception and Consuming Aberration supply a tap-mill finish, while The Mindskinner turns unblockable damage into a repeatable all-opponent mill clock.
