Deck overview

This mono-red deck is commanded by Kratos, God of War, turning combat hesitation into lethal burn. Kratos grants all creatures haste while dealing end-step damage to any player with creatures that did not attack. The strategy pairs this ability with forced-combat effects, token gifts via Varchild, Betrayer of Kjeldor, and attack limiters like Silent Arbiter and Smoke. When opponents cannot attack, Kratos punishes them severely. The clock accelerates through damage multipliers such as Solphim, Mayhem Dominus, Fiery Emancipation, and Torbran, Thane of Red Fell. Mana acceleration and stax pieces like Blood Moon and Stranglehold slow down faster combo decks, allowing your aggressive double strike commander damage and noncombat burn triggers to close out the game by Turn 7. An infinite combat combo with Neheb, the Eternal and Aggravated Assault provides an immediate table kill when assembled.
