This Izzet spellslinger deck is built around Vivi Ornitier, combining rapid spell velocity, card draw engines, and explosive mana generation into a lethal storm combo. By casting Vivi Ornitier on Turn 3 and equipping damage-trigger draw effects like Curiosity or pairing Tandem Lookout on Turn 4, each noncreature spell burns all three opponents and draws three cards. The deck leverages Vivi's {0} mana activation to turn accumulated power into large reserves of blue and red mana, sustaining massive single-turn spell chains that burn out the table.
