Deck overview

This mono-red competitive Commander deck leverages Slicer, Hired Muscle as a rapid, high-velocity clock backed by a dense suite of Rule of Law and tax stax artifacts. The primary strategy accelerates Slicer into play on Turn 1 or 2 using explosive fast mana like Mishra's Workshop, Ancient Tomb, Chrome Mox, and rituals. Once deployed converted, Slicer attacks immediately and passes to each opponent goaded, dealing 6 double-strike commander damage on every player's turn. Simultaneously, the deck deploys symmetric hate pieces such as Trinisphere, Blood Moon, Chalice of the Void, Thorn of Amethyst, and Torpor Orb. Because Slicer requires no further mana or activated abilities once cast, these lock pieces break parity heavily, preventing opponents from executing combo lines or casting efficient answers. The table is systematically eliminated by commander damage within two turn cycles.
