Deck overview

This is a competitive Commander deck commanded by Sisay, Weatherlight Captain, designed to achieve fast, consistent victories through legendary toolbox synergies and infinite mana combos. Powered by format-ceiling fast mana rocks, five-color dorks, and an optimal land base, the deck consistently deploys Sisay on Turn 2 and activates her {W}{U}{B}{R}{G} ability on Turn 3. Sisay can tutor at instant speed for silver bullets like Teferi, Time Raveler and Lavinia, Azorius Renegade to lock opponents out of stack interaction, before assembling the core infinite mana loop of Bloom Tender, Derevi, Empyrial Tactician, and Emiel the Blessed. Infinite mana allows Sisay to place every legendary permanent in the library onto the battlefield, closing the game on Turn 3 by repeatedly blinking Derevi to untap and activate Mount Doom for infinite burn damage, or by casting Finale of Devastation for an overwhelming combat finish.
