[Bracket 3] Arzakon by user1807923

Format: Commander

Commander: Arzakon

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Arzakon is a five-color planeswalker engine that fuels a superfriends/proliferate pile. The primary plan is to establish planeswalker value, using Arzakon's Black Lotus tokens for explosive mana and proliferate effects to charge loyalty. The cleanest win is Vraska, Betrayal's Sting: with Oath of Teferi, raise her to 10 loyalty, then -9 and a second 0-activation proliferate gives 10 poison. Secondary paths include toxic creatures plus Scheming Aspirant drain, and Commodore Guff's planeswalker-powered burn. Arzakon himself is support: his +2 removes small creatures and his Black Lotus tokens finance the planeswalker engine. There is no double-faced commander; Commodore Guff functions as a hidden secondary commander from the 99.
