Deck overview

This Jeskai deck is a dedicated group-hug/political build led by The Second Doctor and Donna Noble. The core strategy is to accelerate everyone's game through symmetrical draw, mana doubling, and free permanent effects while using the Doctor's end-step ability to buy peace and Donna's damage reflection as a deterrent. The deck contains virtually no offensive threats beyond a few large creatures like Boldwyr Heavyweights, and its win condition is undefined-it relies on grinding out value with mass recursion like Open the Vaults and Second Sunrise, then hoping to outlast opponents. There are no infinite combos, no counterspells, and no efficient removal, making the deck entirely dependent on the table's willingness to let it accumulate advantage. It is a slow, reactive build that functions best in low-interaction pods where politics can shape the game.
