Deck overview

This mono-white midrange deck focuses on life total manipulation, snowballing +1/+1 counter distribution, and go-wide token generation. Commanded by Patron of the Kitsune, the list establishes early board presence using classic soul sisters like Soul Warden and Authority of the Consuls before deploying powerful payoffs like Righteous Valkyrie, Resplendent Angel, and Crested Sunmare. As life totals quickly climb past starting thresholds, the deck shifts from stabilizing defense to overwhelming aerial pressure, threatening opponents with massive flying armies or alternative win conditions such as Felidar Sovereign and Aetherflux Reservoir. In addition to combat dominance, the deck harbors an incidental two-card infinite combo between Heliod, Sun-Crowned and Walking Ballista to close games on the spot. While lacking dense tutor packages or stack countermagic, robust defensive tools like Clever Concealment and Flawless Maneuver protect its wide permanents from board wipes, allowing the engine to grind out inevitable combat victories.
