This Mardu deck is a blink/exile-value engine helmed by Fire Lord Zuko, whose two abilities define the plan: every spell cast from exile and every permanent entering from exile puts a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control, while his firebending adds red mana equal to his (growing) power on attack. The deck leans heavily on a dense blink package - Conjurer's Closet, Nahiri's Resolve, Legion's Initiative, Another Round, Felidar Guardian, Restoration Angel - to repeatedly re-trigger enter-the-battlefield payoffs like Impact Tremors, Altar of the Brood, and Sonic Shrieker. The primary win is combat: a counter-pumped board swinging under firebending mana, chained through All-Out Assault's extra combat and Brutal Hordechief's drain. A secondary infinite line exists in Felidar Guardian + Restoration Angel looping into the ETB drain/mill outlets, though the deck lacks the tutors to find it reliably.
