Deck overview

This is a mono-green Ooze tribal and +1/+1 counter combo deck commanded by Aeve, Progenitor Ooze. The main plan is to ramp aggressively, deploy Ooze-synergy engines such as Biogenic Ooze, Biowaste Blob, and Renata, Called to the Hunt, then convert a critical mass of counters or an assembled combo into a lethal board. Aeve functions as a storm payoff: with enough spells cast in one turn, each token copy of Aeve is a nonlegendary Ooze that grows with every other Ooze on the battlefield. The deck also contains several infinite-mana and infinite-token lines, making combat with trample via Garruk's Uprising or Overwhelming Stampede the primary finish. Aeve is a powerful optional payload, but the deck is not dependent on it - the real engine room is the 99.
