Deck overview

This deck is an Izzet spellslinger strategy commander by Veyran, Voice of Duality, designed to turn low-cost instants and sorceries into lethal table-wide burn damage. Veyran doubles all Magecraft triggers and triggered abilities caused by casting or copying spells, supercharging win conditions like Guttersnipe, Fiery Inscription, and Coruscation Mage. The deck accelerates in the early turns with efficient mana rocks and cost reducers before establishing a payoff permanent on Turn 4. On Turn 6, it initiates a high-velocity storm turn using cheap cantrips, rituals like Seething Song, and recursion engines like Underworld Breach to deal 12 to 16 damage to all opponents at once. It closes the game on Turn 7 by repeating the spell barrage to finish off remaining life totals. The deck features strong countermagic and protective tools like Kira, Great Glass-Spinner, but relies heavily on maintaining fragile creature permanents.
